Gluten-free Egg-free Beef Lollipops
These succulent beef meatballs wrapped in bacon and skewered are a delicious hors d’oeuvre.

Meatballs:
  1. Place ground beef, ground flaxseed, sea salt, ground pepper and dried basil into a large mixing bowl and mix with your hands. Make sure you don’t mix it too much, as the meatballs will be too dense when they are cooked.
  2. Roll the beef into 1 inch balls. Place raw meatballs on a plate.
Beef Lollipops:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open package of bacon and cut in half crosswise.
  3. Wrap one bacon strip loosely around one raw meatball. Use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
  4. Place the raw beef lollipops in rows on the lined cookie sheet. Leave space in between each morsel so they don’t stick to each other while cooking.
  5. Bake at 375 F for approximately 30 minutes.
