Dairy-free Double Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream
Creamy, chocolatey, heavenly. This dairy-free ice cream is naturally sweetened. So delicious you won’t have any leftover to store.

  1. Place entire can of coconut milk, dairy-free milk, honey and cocoa powder into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and follow manufacturers directions.
  3. Once the ice cream has hardened, add the chocolate chips (approximately 20 minutes after starting the ice cream maker, or 5 minutes before the ice cream is finished).
  4. Serve immediately, or freeze in an air tight container.
Recipe Notes

If stored in the freezer for longer than a few hours, allow to sit and soften for about 5 minutes before serving.
