  1. marinate beef in tamari, lemon juice, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes
  2. sautee / brown garlic in oil over medium heat
  3. add beef including marinade to oil and cook over medium heat until beef is done (approx. 5 mins)
  4. stir in onions and cover until onions are cooked. Be careful not to overcook the onions.
  5. Serve with brown rice or quinoa
