About the author
I am a wife and a mother of 3 kids, 2 of whom have food allergies. Our daughter has the most severe food allergies, which include dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame and sunflower seeds. As a mom of a child with these severe food allergies, I've had to become a flexible, creative cook and an allergy-free, vegan baker. Over the years, several friends and fellow moms have asked me for recipes and ideas, so I thought I would finally join the blogging world. My hope is that I can inspire and encourage other moms and dads to provide their families with delicious allergy-free foods.
