        Ingredients

 - 1⁄3 cup white sugar
 - 1⁄3 cup Brown sugar
 - 1⁄4 cup tapioca starch
 - 1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
 - 1⁄3 cup unsweetened applesauce
 - 1⁄4 cup oil
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1⁄3 cup allergen-free chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand)

        Instructions    
                - Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an 8×8 inch square baking dish, or line with parchment paper.
 - In a medium size bowl, mix together the rice flour, cornstarch, sugars, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, making sure to get rid of any lumps.
 - Now add the applesauce, oil, and vanilla and stir until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chocolate chips then spread batter in the prepared pan.
 - Bake for about 30 minutes.
 - Let cool completely before cutting.
 - Stores very well in refrigerator, or long-term in freezer.
