  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Prepare chicken wings by washing them well and drying with a paper towel.
  3. Place chicken wings in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and any spices you choose to flavor your wings with.
  4. Sift together flour, starch and salt in a large bowl.
  5. Toss chicken wings in the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Turn the chicken wings after 20 minutes. Wings are done when they are crispy and brown.
  7. Serve while hot with dipping sauces, or toss in your favorite allergy-friendly BBQ sauce to make Buffalo Wings.
